Interior is finished with a matching acetate and edged with a grosgrain ribbon. Excellent condition showing little to no wear or age. Inner circumference is 22 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is approximately 16 inches extended. It can be worn more flat than what I have shown. Please view the photos
