Drop on handle is 6. There are two hinged metal pieces on either end of the frame which lift up and allow the purse to open then they snap down to close it. Very ingenious. Has one large inner space and several pockets on inside walls, one with metal zipper. Fabric is cowhide exterior with suede lining and metal frame.
