Lovely little red and pink flowers with green stems. Short slightly puff sleeves and lace oversized collar. Cute little rose buttons accent both the top and skirt. The skirt features a built in belt that cinches the waist perfectly and lovely pleated details that add shape. 50 50% Cotton Poly Blend Great vintage condition. Slight yellowing
